Our Client is Naseej Consortium which includes Ithmar Development Company. The Al Luwzi Site is one of three elements that will make up Bahrain’s first Public Private Partnership Housing Project. At the Al Luwzi site, 874 new houses will be provided. Our work involved the preliminary design of water distribution network, sewer system, storm water, treated sewage effluent with inputs to electrical and telecoms layouts. Detailed design and construction will commence in May 2011.
