Jennings O’Donovan has over 60 years experience in Civil and Environmental Consulting Engineering in Ireland and Overseas. Over this time, we have been involved in a comprehensive and varied array of projects in service areas including but not limited to Water, Water Supply, Waste Water Collection and Treatment, Renewable Energy, Structures, Roads, and Environmental Services. We have taken projects in these sectors through feasibility, planning, design, procurement, construction/implementation and successful handover.

Our clients include public bodies such as the Health Service Executive, the Department of Education, Coillte, the Office of Public Works and various Local Authorities. We have also provided services for private clients in the renewable energy, commercial, industrial, residential, aquaculture, environmental and financial sectors.

Renewable Energy Projects

Our portfolio of projects extends to over 1,100MW of power in Ireland. We are a recognised market leader in the area of Wind Energy development. Our portfolio will equate, when completed, to an investment of €1.7 billion in the Wind Energy Sector.

Water

We have significant experience in the design and implementation of Water Supply and Treatment Schemes on both small and large scale projects for Local Authorities and Rural Water Schemes.

We have been providing Water Supply, Treatment and Distribution design services for many years throughout Ireland and Overseas through design, environmental assessment, cost analysis, procurement, construction management, commissioning, testing and handover.

Housing / Commercial

Jennings O’Donovan have the resources to offer a complete construction solution for all types of Housing and Commercial Developments. We have extensive experience in the structural, services, utilities and landscaping design of commercial and housing projects. Our services include feasibility studies, planning, preliminary and detailed design and analysis. In conjunction with our Environmental Team, we strongly advocate the use of environmentally sustainable building solutions to all our clients.

Waste Water

We have wide ranging experience in the design and execution of Waste Water Collection, Treatment and Disposal Schemes for a variety of clients, including small and large scale projects for Local Authorities and private developers.

We have been providing Waste Water Collection, Treatment and Disposal design services for over 60 years throughout Ireland and Overseas. We have designed and implemented Waste Water Supply projects involving pipe networks, pumping stations and management, treatment and disposal of sludges.

Civil Engineering

Our Civil Engineering Team provide detailed expertise in road design, flood risk assessments, hydraulic studies and in health and safety and hazard risk assessment. We draw on up to date computer software packages to provide specialist and comprehensive consulting engineering services and advice in every discipline to develop the optimum solution for all our clients

Structural Engineering

We have considerable experience in the structural design of commercial, industrial and major infrastructure projects. Our services include preliminary and detailed structural design and analysis using state of the art software packages. We specialise in the use of environmentally sustainable materials to deliver eco friendly solutions.

Environmental

Jennings O'Donovan is committed to promoting environmentally responsible solutions to our customers and to carrying out all our work in accordance with all applicable environmental regulations and other requirements which relate to environmental aspects. Our services include the preparation of Environmental Impact Assessments, Environmental Reports and Habitat Directive Assessments for public and private sector clients.

International

We have a track record of 35 years International experience in multidisciplinary engineering in the water supply, waste water, drainage, infrastructure and building sectors, including all civil, environmental, geotechnical, electrical, mechanical, financial and structural elements.
