Jennings O’Donovan has been engaged in the provision of civil and environmental consulting engineering services Overseas since 1976.  These services have included project management, design and supervision of construction and provision of technical assistance in the water, wastewater, infrastructure and buildings sectors. 

We are currently operating International Offices in the Middle East in Saudi Arabia and in Bahrain, and in Eastern Europe in Albania, Croatia and Romania.   

We have a comprehensive track record of international experience in multidisciplinary consulting engineering in the water supply, sewerage and drainage sectors, including all civil, environmental, geotechnical, electrical, mechanical, financial and structural elements.  Company experience covers the complete implementation of projects in developing countries from inception to final hand over under funding from multinational donors including the European Union (EU Programmes under European Development Fund, Phare, ISPA, Tacis, Cohesion Funding, Structural Funds, External Relations, Mediterranean Near East and Middle East Technical Units), European Investment Bank (EIB), World Bank (WB), and the African Development Bank (ADB).
