David has been a consultant engineer for 23 years. Eight years of this time was spent abroad in His engineering expertise lies in large wastewater treatment plants and water supply schemes and notably, he has been to the fore of wind energy development since 1990. When not working David enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, walking, water skiing, sailing and water sports in general. He is a past County Commissioner for Scouting Ireland and also a past President of the Rotary Club, Key Qualifications
