Detailed Design and preparation of contract documents for the rehabilitation of the city's facilities for treatment and disposal of domestic and industrial effluent.

Works include pumping stations and two treatment plants, with a total treatment capacity of 34,000 cu.m/ day, comprising primary settlement, percolating filters, humus tanks, sludge digestion and drying.
