Our Aims

We aim to organise ourselves to:-

• understand our clients needs and wants as fully as possible;
  
• be responsive to these needs and complete our commissions both to cost and to programme;
• keep close to the client and add value to his/her business or job;
• present clear, concise and appropriate documentation and drawings.

The Environment

JOD&P is committed to the enhancement of the environment and the promotion of sustainable development. Our Environmental Officer has developed a policy and is charged with the internal promotion of it and ensuring employee's practices are not contradictory to it.

Social Responsibility

Noticeably, JOD&P has a passion for not only its employees but also for the community. Amongst employees, there is an understanding of the interconnectivity of life which drives people to often put the needs of others before their own and the company supports this where possible.

JOD&P's main responsibility is to be a stable business, maintain employment growth and to contribute to the development of the region.

JOD&P also take seriously its role in encouraging more school leavers to consider engineering as a career. It provides work placement for third level students and facilitates work experience for second level students.
