The EnvironmentJOD&P is committed to the enhancement of the environment and the promotion of sustainable development. Our Environmental Officer has developed a policy and is charged with the internal promotion of it and ensuring employee's practices are not contradictory to it.
Social ResponsibilityNoticeably, JOD&P has a passion for not only its employees but also for the community. Amongst employees, there is an understanding of the interconnectivity of life which drives people to often put the needs of others before their own and the company supports this where possible. JOD&P's main responsibility is to be a stable business, maintain employment growth and to contribute to the development of the region.
